• The order number has been sent to the purchaser's email upon completion of the order.
• Please enter the purchaser's ID / Passport (either one) to search for the order.
• If an individual's (non-purchaser's) ID is entered, you can view their personal ticket information and print the purchase/refund fee receipt.
• A 10% handling fee will be charged for refunds of 'Paid' orders.
• Changes to voyages are limited to different voyages of the 'same carrier'.
